| We recently added VendPrint to our system and one of our students was trying to send a print job to the printer and recieved an error53 code and I was wondering what that ment and is there a way to fix it |

| Are you getting that error on the workstation, on the release station or is it on the printer itself? |

| If you're using PopUps on the workstation, go into the PopUp configuration editor on the workstation (Start>VendPrint>VendPrint PopUp Configuration Editor) and if you are using Citrix make sure Enable Citrix Session Forwarding is checked, if you're not using Citrix, make sure that option is unchecked, save and test. |
