This happens when adding a workstation that has the same display name as a workstation that is already listed in the database. On the server, go into Control Settings>System Parameters>Workstation Definitions, then click on the workstation and click Remove. Exit out of the settings, and then restart VAM on the new workstation. Go back into the settings, then click on the workstation (it will be back in there after restarting VAM), click on Edit, then use the dropdown to assign it to the correct workstation class.
